It is a policy of ICMSS2013 not to publish papers in the AIP Conference Proceedings of ICMSS2013, without payment of the fees.Requirements in order for an accepted paper to be included in the AIP Conference Proceedings of ICMSS2013 can be found here.

The ICMSS2013 serves as good platforms for the scientific community members to meet with each other and to exchange ideas.
