Log in into https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/icmss2024. Please make sure that you have already registered.
STEP 1: Login
STEP 2: Click Create New Submission
STEP 3: For presenters, fill out the details of your title, and abstract.
STEP 4: Fill out the authors and primary or secondary subject areas
STEP 5: Upload files. You may upload your abstract, full papers, and proof of payment here before the due date. Then click SUBMIT
STEP 6: Choose a conflict of interest if any by clicking EDIT. Otherwise, leave as is. Then click DONE
STEP 7: Click BACK TO AUTHOR CONSOLE if you want to add more paper under a different title
STEP 8: Final. Author Console should look like this
